Return Policy
For individuals in case of distance purchase
- An individual has the right to return a purchased item within 14 calendar days when the purchase is made remotely. This period is calculated from the day the item is received
- If the customer wishes to return the item, it must be delivered to the following address:
Georgia, Tbilisi, Dighomi Massif, 2nd Block, Building 7B, Apartment 62.
The product must be returned directly by the individual who made the purchase.
